ACAÏ BOWL

Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons of Acai powder

  • 2 cups of frozen Berries of your choice (I used a mix of raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrant and redcurrant)

  • 1 cup Almond Milk

  • 1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup or other sweetener

 

Toppings

  • Mixed Nuts (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pistachios)

  • Chia Seeds

  • Blueberries

  • Kiwi fruit

  • 1 Banana

Method

Put together in a blender the frozen berries, almond milk, syrup and acaï powder and blend. The texture will be a bit thicker than a smoothie. Add a little more almond milk if you want it smoother.

Some other great toppings you can use are Granola, Peanut or almond butter, Cacao, Compotes, other fruits such as Mangoes, Strawberries, Goji berries… ideas are endless!
