For reflexology and Reiki, the first treatment lasts 1 hour and 15 mins as I will perform a 15 minute consultation about your general health and lifestyle to understand your needs.

An Indian Head Massage treatment will typically last 30 minutes, plus 15 mins for the first treatment including the consultation.

 I always make time after each treatment for a chat about your feelings and to give aftercare advice.

All information provided during the consultation will of course stay confidential.
