CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

For topping

  • Banana 

  • Cacao nibs

  • Desiccated Coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine bananas, plant milk, peanut butter, cacao powder, maca powder, and chia seeds if using, in a blender (I used my Nutribullet). Puree until completely smooth - the mixture should be thick. Add a touch more liquid if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings you like.

I love refuelling and refresh after a run or any workout with a breakfast or afternoon treat that is not only rich in protein and superfoods but also very tasty. Enjoy!
