CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

2 frozen Bananas

â…“ cup Plant Milk (I use oat milk)

2 tablespoons Peanut Butter

2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
-
2 teaspoons Maca powder (optional)

1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
For topping
-
Banana
-
Cacao nibs
-
Desiccated Coconut

Instructions

Combine bananas, plant milk, peanut butter, cacao powder, maca powder, and chia seeds if using, in a blender (I used my Nutribullet). Puree until completely smooth - the mixture should be thick. Add a touch more liquid if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth.

Transfer to a bowl and add toppings you like.
I love refuelling and refresh after a run or any workout with a breakfast or afternoon treat that is not only rich in protein and superfoods but also very tasty. Enjoy!
