CINNAMON, DATES & BANANA SMOOTHIE

This is a recipe inspired from a smoothie I had in Bali: if you love bananas and a hint of cinnamon, try it! Ideal to make you feel full of energy before an active day!
Ingredients

2 Bananas (ripe)

5 mejdool Dates

1/2 a teaspoon of Cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon of Almond butter (any nut butter will do)

1 cup of cold Almond Milk

1/2 teaspoon of Flaxseed (optional!)

Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender (I’ve used Nutribullet) and blend until smooth. If your milk was not cold, I suggest putting your smoothie 1/2h in the fridge before enjoying it.
