NUT BUTTER PORRIDGE

Method

  • Combine ground oats, ground flax seeds, and almond milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

  • Add in half the banana if using one, mashing it as you add it. Next the peanut butter. Cook for about 5-10 minutes.

  • Slice the other half of banana and place on top of porridge. Top with coconut flakes, nuts if using.
