NUT BUTTER PORRIDGE

Ingredients

1 cup rolled Oats

2 tablespoons Flaxseeds

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup peanut butter
-
Coconut flakes optional
-
Fruits eg Berries, Bananas

Nuts

Method
-
Combine ground oats, ground flax seeds, and almond milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

Add in half the banana if using one, mashing it as you add it. Next the peanut butter. Cook for about 5-10 minutes.

Slice the other half of banana and place on top of porridge. Top with coconut flakes, nuts if using.
