PEANUT BUTTER & OATS ENERGY BALLS

Very easy and delicious energy balls perfect for a snack on the go.

 

Ingredients (makes 10-12)

  • 1 cup Oats

  • â…” cup desiccated Coconut

  • ½ cup organic Peanut Butter

  • ½ cup Raw Cacao nibs

  • â…“ cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

 

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Roll and compress the mixture into balls and place on baking paper
Refrigerate a few minutes until firm and then transfer to an air tight container.

You can keep them in the fridge for up to a week.
